This is the 2nd time we’ve hired J. Home Construction and we were very satisfied. Each time John was the first contractor to respond to our request for an estimate, the first contractor to submit an estimate, and each time he was the lowest bid. In early 2016 we hired him to convert a dining room/half bath into a 1st floor bedroom/full bath; the project included gutting down to the studs, new floors, walls, all new plumbing and tile, electric, and new windows and siding. In November 2017 we hired him to repair drywall in our kitchen and guest bedroom (a result of emergency plumbing work) as well as to complete some minor kitchen remodeling (installation of a tile backsplash and under-cabinet lighting) as well as painting the kitchen and a bathroom. The work was finished very well, and John made sure during the final walk-through that the work was done to our satisfaction.
